I’m selling stuff on eBay in order to have money in pay pal and i was wondering,can i buy any eBay item using just the money i have in pay pal.Its because im confused on pay pal to use a bank account and doing checks to buy eBay items instead of paying with the money i have in pay pal.Does it use the pay pal money first until its finished and then use a credit card or bank account with a needed check.
