26 Aug 09 I’m having trouble getting my money from an EBAY consignment shop. What can I do to get the money I am owed?

The shop owes me several thousand dollars and I have a signed agreement saying payment will be made 21 days after the sale. Everything was sold in Feburary. Emails and phone calls get the same reply: Check is in the mail.
