I am wanting to buy a new phone off ebay, it says it is unlocked and will work with any GSM company on a compatible band. It says it is a GSM quadband phone, so will i be able to use this with cingular without a doubt?

The phone is unlocked.
The phone carries sim card you can use it in razr phone is unlocked.
For the iemi number call cingular and get them to make sure its off cingular accountask for the iemi number call cingular and get them to run itbecarefull.
