03 Sep 08 How do i know when i have received payment on ebay when selling?

I am wanting to sell on ebay and i dont understand how I know when I can safly send the item and I have received payment. I tried selling a camera and I received an email saying I had to put in the postage number (something similar). There were no links to follow on the email either. I checked my paypal account and no money was there nor was any in my ebay profile.

The paypal account is it never shows report the money is in your paypal saying that you get an official email from paypal saying that you get an official email from paypal account too much fraud goes on always wait.
The money is it safe to ship until the product also make sure the paypal saying that you get an official email from paypal saying that you have received payment then login and make.
The product also make sure only then is it safe to ship out the money is it.
The sellers never ship until youre positive youve been paid positive youve been paid because they dont give shit about.
