Will a razr V3xx i buy on ebay work wuth my cingular account?
I am wanting to buy a new phone off ebay, it says it is unlocked and will work with any GSM company on a compatible band. It says it is a GSM quadband phone, so will i be able to use this with cingular without a doubt?
